Cat's Best Original Wood Granule Cat Litter 13kg - Free P&P

Cat's Best Original is Europe's leading wood-fibre cat litter, made from 100% natural plant fibres with active capillary channels that absorb liquid deep within the granule. This unique fibre structure locks in moisture and neutralises odours at source rather than simply masking them, delivering exceptional hygiene performance from a fully natural material. The granules form firm clumps on contact with liquid, making soiled areas easy to identify and remove while leaving dry litter in place — significantly extending the life of each fill compared to conventional mineral or clay litters.

Supplied in a 13kg bag — Free P&P.

Key Benefits

• 100% natural plant fibres — active capillary channels for deep absorption
• Absorbs up to 7x its own weight in liquid
• Firm clumping — easy soiled area removal, dry litter stays in place
• Neutralises odours at source — not just masked
• Fully biodegradable and compostable
• Suitable for cats with sensitive skin
• Low dust — gentle for cats and owners
• 13kg bag — Free P&P

How To Use

Fill the litter tray to a depth of approximately 8–10cm for optimal clumping performance. Remove clumps and solid waste daily using a slotted scoop. Top up as needed. A full litter change is required much less frequently than with conventional litters due to the high absorption capacity.

Disposal

Cat's Best Original is fully biodegradable and compostable (solid waste removed). Used litter can be disposed of in organic waste or home compost where local guidelines permit. Clumps can also be flushed in small quantities — check local guidelines before flushing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Cat's Best Original differ from Öko Plus?

Cat's Best Original uses the same natural wood fibre technology as Öko Plus but with a coarser granule size, making it a great option for cats that prefer a more textured litter surface. Both are clumping, biodegradable, and odour-neutralising.

Is it suitable for kittens?

Cat's Best Original is suitable for adult cats. For kittens under 12 weeks, a non-clumping litter is generally recommended as a precaution.

How long does a 13kg bag last?

Due to the high absorption rate and clumping efficiency, a 13kg bag typically lasts significantly longer than an equivalent weight of conventional mineral litter. Usage varies by number of cats and tray management routine.
