Frequently asked questions

How many packs will I receive?
This listing is for four 10-litre packs, not a single 10-litre pack or one 40-litre bag.

What does the volume mean?
Each pack provides 10 litres of usable bedding once expanded. Across all four packs, the total usable volume is 40 litres.

Is this Carefresh Blue?
No. This is the multicoloured Tutti Frutti variety shown on the pack.

Is it completely dust-free?
No. The product is described as 99% dust-free, so a small amount of dust may remain.

How do I use it?
Loosen the compressed bedding before adding it to the habitat. Follow the pack instructions and use a depth appropriate for your pet's needs.

Does odour control replace regular cleaning?
No. Check the habitat regularly and remove wet or soiled bedding as needed.

Is this pet food?
No. Tutti Frutti is the bedding variety name. This product is for your pet's habitat, not for feeding.
