Frequently asked questions

Is this Carefresh Ultra?
No. This listing is for the multicoloured Confetti variety shown on the pack.

Does the compressed pack measure 50 litres?
No. The 50-litre size refers to the usable volume after the bedding is expanded, not the volume of the compressed pack.

How do I use it?
Loosen the compressed bedding before placing it in your pet's habitat. Follow the instructions on the packaging and provide a bedding depth appropriate to your pet's needs.

How often should I change the bedding?
Check the habitat regularly and remove wet or soiled bedding as needed. Follow the pack's cleaning guidance rather than relying on a fixed interval for every pet.

Is this pet food?
No. It is bedding for a small animal's living space, not food.
