Autumn Dog Events

Want to know what the dog world has in store for Autumn? Book some days out for October and November that you can look forward to. When it comes to dog events over Autumn you won’t be disappointed, there are plenty of fantastic events to choose from all over the country. Take your pick from the events below.

Pawprints Car And Dog Show - 5th October

This dog show is open to all dogs and offers rosettes, cups and prizes as well as a tombola, cake stall and lots of different activities. They have a prize for the ‘judge’s most like to take home choice’ and a £50 prize for the best in show. This event is held in Wolston, Warwickshire and entry is £2 per car.

Suffolk All About Dogs Show - 12th October

This is an event that is ‘organised for dog lovers by dog lovers’. You can see working dogs, take part in dog games, watch the pet dog show and see lots of demonstrations. They have prizes for categories such as best rescue dog, best puppy, best crossbreed, most handsome dog and scruffiest pooch!

Pet Expo At Bluewater - 25th - 27th October

The Pet Expo at Bluewater is supposed to be a ‘pet lover’s dream.’ You can bet there will be plenty of doggie stuff to enjoy at this large event. There are dog competitions, and there are special VIP doggie entrances for some lucky dogs. You can also see working dog demonstrations and displays and watch some well behaved dogs take part in obedience.

Heart of England Dog Shows Companion Dog Show - 3rd November

This is a Kennel Club licensed companion dog show where there are 18 novelty classes and 4 pedigree classes. The aim of the Heart Of England dog shows is to arrange events in the Midlands to raise money for charity.

Discover Dogs - 9th & 10th November

Discover Dogs is one of the biggest and most exciting dog events. It’s held at Earls Court in London and runs from 10am to 5pm on both days. This is a must see event for any dog lover, as it has everything you would want from a dog event, agility, heelwork to music, dog shows and the chance to meet lots of different dogs. It’s also a good place to go if you are thinking of buying a dog, because you can find out and ask questions about all the different breeds.
